Not only does it smell sexy, it looks sexy too!
When a perfume is called ‘Good Girl’, you’d expect it to be fruity, floral and pink. Well, the people at Carolina Herrera beg to differ. Sensual, mysterious and pretty, the fragrance smells pretty much like the opposite of an actual “good girl”, down to the tagline: ‘It’s So Good To Be Bad’. Once you smell it, see the packaging and the advertisement, you’ll understand why.
Led by Creative Director Carolina Herrera de Baez and created by renowned perfumer Louise Turner, the design house wanted to produce something feminine, powerful and alluring all at once – and with Good Girl, we think they may have succeeded.
While the scent does have some light floral extracts (jasmine and tuberose to be precise), mixed together with darker essences of Tonka beans and cocoa, the end result is slightly musky and sexy all at once.
The face of the perfume, Karlie Kloss wears Carolina Herrera (duh!) in the advertisement. Shot by Mario Testino, it quite aptly sums up what you’ll smell like once you spray some of this on. Take a look…
That’s not all – the packaging is gorgeous, too! Shaped like a seriously tall stiletto, the sultry blue bottle with a shiny gold heel makes for a stunning addition to any dressing table.
Priced at Rs. 9000 approximately, Good Girl will be available in stores October 2016 onwards.
