Literally, everyone looked smokin’
Every year, GQ India manages to throw the sexiest party in town. Celebrities, bloggers, and socialites assemble under one roof to celebrate the magazine’s Best Dressed people and whether they’re on the list or not, they dress to impress.
While there wasn’t a set theme for the evening (that we know of), black was the color of choice with practically every celebrity wearing the shade. So we did what we do best and picked our favorites from the lot – get ready for an instant heat wave!
Shraddha Kapoor in Abu Jani & Sandeep Khosla
It’s as if the Black Swan came to life. Shraddha Kapoor looks almost superhuman in this ruffled Abu Sandeep number. While tulle can send out a super girly vibe, her fishnet stockings pull the look to straight up sexy with no effort at all.
Sapna Pabbi in Michelle Mason
If you’re ever going from your office to cocktails, just do what Sapna Pabbi did. Wear your shirt with a waistcoat to work and once you’re ready to leave, ditch the shirt at your desk. It’s va-va-voom in an instant!
Yami Gautam in Nupur Kanoi
One of the few people who brought some color to the party was Yami Gautam. Her outfit may not hit the spot but her hair and makeup have ‘boss babe’ written all over it!
Radhika Apte in Boohoo
In a sea of black-clad people, Radhika Apte’s bright yellow number definitely stood out. Her velvet, lace trimmed dress came matched with metallic sandals and lethal earrings from Outhouse.
Shruti Hassan in Swapnil Shinde
Easily the hottest outfit from the evening belonged to Shruti Hassan. A voluminous slit leather skirt with a basic cropped tee – who would have thought the combo could look this good?
Saiyami Kher in Sassi Holford
While her dress was pretty standard, Saiyami Kher’s Christian Louboutin shoes were all we had eyes for all night long.
And finally, our favorite from the show had to be Sanya Malhotra. A silky wrap around shirt with trousers was her outfit of choice and while it was quite simple, it exuded a ton of girl power – something we can never get enough of!
